Human centered approach

For many years computer scientist have studied Human Computer Interaction (HCI) yet 70% of IT projects fail to be delivered to the users. We take a very different approach through human centered design thinking in our software development practice. Our requirement gathering uses the empathy based research and ideation. Such approach allows us to see a holistic approach to implementation and change management.

With such a big gap on user competence vs the fast paced changes in technology, change and risk management becomes a big part of our delivery model.

We often hear Business Analyst but at Erasys we split our analysis into business, people and technology analysis, giving and human and emphatical approach to software design and development
